Data handling on this website, in plain terms.
1.1 There are no accounts, no logins and nothing personalised on this site, which leaves very little to collect. We run no analytics software, no advertising pixels and no visitor-tracking scripts of our own. The one record that does exist is the usual web-server log — IP address, time, page requested, and the browser and device string sent by your software. Those logs are not used to profile you, and personal information is not sold.
2.1 Subject to applicable law and its exceptions, you may ask what personal information we hold about you and request access, correction or deletion. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to receive your data in portable form, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your national privacy regulator. Write to us via the Contact page and we will deal with it.
3.1 This site is published for readers in Canada. Canadian federal and provincial privacy law, the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR apply wherever our processing falls within their reach. We do not claim that every regime applies to every visitor — that depends on where we operate and who we target, not simply on where you happen to be sitting.
4.1 When you follow an outbound link to Casea Casino or any other operator, you leave this site and that operator's own privacy policy takes over. What those companies collect is outside our control, and we can see nothing of your account, deposits or verification with them.
